We support trade terms including EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF. Payment terms are 30% deposit before production with 70% balance against copy of B/L, or 100% irrevocable LC at sight.

3. What is the sample policy and lead time?
We supply samples for both ready and customized designs. The typical sample lead time is approximately 7 to 15 days.

Absolutely. Our products comply with global regulations (EU/ASTM/ASNZS/SOR). We use non-toxic raw materials and water-based lacquers. FSC-certified material is also available upon request.
5. What is the production lead time?
Standard delivery time ranges from 50 to 90 days depending on the order volume and specifications.
6. What is the warranty policy?
We guarantee that all products are qualified upon receipt. Should any issues arise, please provide detailed information (pictures, batch codes), and we will resolve them promptly.
