What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 500pcs for our existing available designs. For larger quantities, we can offer more competitive pricing.
Can I customize the design or mix different items?
Yes! You can mix different designs in one order. We also support OEM/ODM services for custom designs and sizes.
How do you ensure the quality of the toys?
Our production follows international standards. We have a dedicated QC team with 15 years of experience and perform 4 inspections for each finished product. Third-party inspections are also welcome.
Can I get a pre-production sample?
Absolutely. We will send you a PP (pre-production) sample for confirmation before we begin mass production.
What is the typical delivery time?
Normally, it takes 30-45 days after receiving payment. This can be negotiated based on your specific order quantity and our production schedule.
Are the materials safe for children?
Yes, we use natural solid wood and eco-friendly MDF with safety-certified prints. Our products meet ASTM, EN71, and SGS standards.
